July 21st, 2022 Albion Meadows Early Bird gets the Worm

The flowers are in full bloom right now up above Alta in the Albion Meadows. We heard that if you get up there before the sun hits it, the flowers are more open, we made it just before sunrise.

We got stopped just before the lookout, they were blasting granite in the area.  We got on the trail before they closed it.

When we got to the bottom, there were over 50 people that had been waiting to get on the trail.
