When I woke up this morning to rain I thought to myself, so much for the Zoo... but then thought why not, so we went anyway... And it turned out to be the best day we have every had at the Zoo. I bought the kids ponchos so they wouldn't be stuck under the umbrella and I am so glad I did because it rained all but the last hour that we were there. The boys got to splash in all the puddles, the animals were ready to show off and the temp was perfect.
The new Rocky Point exhibit is so awesome they did such a great job. And this polar bear is so funny he looks so happy playing with the crowd.

Jace had such a great time, so much of the time I don't get his true smile on camera, I love this little boy so much.
This is when we thought we were headed home, we got all the way to the car and Jace said, Mom where is your umbrella? So off we went to retrace our steps... all the way back to the Merry Go Round. and the whole way Trevor was saying things like.... Du Mom!, way to go Mom!, why didn't you have me carry it Mom! Yup I felt pretty stupid.
