July 4th 2012, Independence Day

These summer days are one great fun thing after another :)  We started the day out with the Riverton Days carnival with Rachelle and Lex.  We got the kids wrist bands so they were able to ride as many rides as many times as they wanted... and we did !!!  I did find out one thing, that was a bummer, getting old sucks,  I decided to go on the Gravitron ( the Gravitron is the spaceship that you go in, stand agains the wall and it spins really fast and then you slide up due to the gravity) with the kids, it was my favorite ride as a kid, and I was stoked! (Trevor could only go with an adult) well I thought I was going to die, I couldn't breath, I felt like my heart and lungs were getting smooched, I couldn't wait for the ride to be over, Bummer!!!

Anyway....  That night my Dad ended up not having to work so they came over and we had Cafe Rio take out and did some fireworks...

The fire danger is so high right now that we stuck to mostly flowers and little fountains, but it was a really great night. 

and....  Rachelle and Lex came over to do fireworks with us.

Trevor had a scare... he had two sparklers, one in each hand, fell backward and burned a hole in his shirt, he didn't get burnt but Papa ran to his rescue and got his leg burnt in the process.   Trevor was so upset about his favorite shirt getting a hole in it, he was done for the night (come to find out it was Jace's shirt, Trevor's is still hole free )
