September 18th, 2008 Breakfast with Goofy & 3rd Day of Disney

We had breakfast at Goofy's kitchen this morning, soooo.... cool, the characters came right to our table and the food is really good.


Jace got to dance with Goofy, he was in complete shock that he held Goofy's hands

After breakfast we spent another day at Disneyland.







Now it was me and Rachelle's turn we had a treat and shopped for a good 2 hrs. with all the kids asleep, a little piece of heaven.

September 17th, 2008 California Adventure & Disneyland

September 16th, 2008 Laguna Beach

We are such nerds!


Today was moving day from the Hyatt at Newport Beach to the Marriott in Anaheim, so we also made it a beach day. We are at Laguna Beach, there is a marine layer so it looks cloudy, but it really isn't, the temp. was great.


We bought a couple of sand buckets and shovels for the kids.








Let me tell, we had crazy birds taunting us, while we ate our lunch we had a circle of like 20 birds watching us eat, the second we put down something they would try grabbing it, when we were done they moved the circle out a little but they were still watching


After the beach we checked into our Marriott Anaheim Suites, we pricelined all of our hotels and this one we got for $89 a night and it is so totally awesome we have a bedroom, living room, powder room and bathroom. After we got settled we walked across the parking lot to Red Robbins for dinner and then back to the hotel for a midnight swim.

September 15th, 2008 Disneyland

When we went to bed last night our intentions were to go to the beach but when we woke up the morning we decided that we wanted to go to Disneyland today, so.... we did:) By the time that we parked and rode the tram to the front gate it was 1:00, and when we did get there Rachelle had a really low blood sugar so while she fixed things I took the kids to see Tiger, to get our character books signed, then we just happend to run into Captain Jack Sparrow and Jace was star struck, Jack Sparrow gave Jace about 5 min. of one on one time, steeling his book, and doing tricks with the pen, I coudn't belive how Jace just stared at him so in awh. By then Rachelle felt better so we carried on to the Jungle Cruise and all of us were able to go on it, they have really updated that since I have been on it. Next we went on Pirates of the Caribbean, which we all got to go on, Jace wanted to go on it again, and Trevor is just happy to be where ever we are at. Then we went on The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, after that we found a quiet corner and had our lunch that we had brought, PP&J's and Mac & Cheese. Jace fell asleep while we were headed to our next adventure so we decided to take Lex to Princess Fantasy Faire, I sat outside and feed Trevor while Lex got to see a bunch of different princesses, listen to a story and get her face painted, I really enjoyed that I got to just hold Trevor while he slept, I dont have the oppertunity to do that very often. When Jace woke up we headed for Toontown, we saw Mickey Mouse and rode Gadgets go Coaster twice, and then let them play at Goofy's playhouse.
By then we thought it would be time to get our places for the parade but by the time we got to main street the parade was already going bummer. I had a small moment Trevor needed to be feed, my hip hurt we were tired and hungery I had a little brake down but... we got a plan together and I recovered quickly. We stopped at the Enchanted Tiki Room and I feed Trevor while we waited for our turn and while we watch the show ( very cute by the way). By then Disneyland was closed so we headed out of the park and onto the Tram. Dinner ended up being a bummer McDonalds, we were to tired to do anything more.










This is headed back to the car, I think he is a little exhausted:)

September 14th, 2008 Flight to San Diego

We left for our 8 day trip to California at 9:45 headed for San Diego, I wondered how I was going to carry 3 suitcases, 2 car seats plus the base, 2 backpacks, a stroller, and Trevor but so far so good everything has went smoothly. The flight went well, I even got a littele shut eye. When we got to San Diego our next challange was going to be the rental car getting everything to fit, but it did, everything is going our way hahoo. Next stop, Costco for supplies, Rachelle ran in while I stayed out with the kids, she got caprisuns, water, Pepsi, apples, bread, Sun Chips, yogurt ect. Then we had lunch at A & W where they took forever. Know we were headed to Newport Beach, except... we saw a Wal Mart and decided we needed more supplies, the funny thing is is on the plane we worried about our 4:00 check intime we were going to call to get an early check in, but by the time we got to the Hyatt in Newport Beach it was 6:00, we really know how to spend a day. We pricelines this hotel at $69.00 the 1st night and $108.00 the second night although you have to pay $19.00 a day to park and walk a long way, it is a really nice room for what we paid we have a walkout patio to the pool and the grounds are very nice. After getting settled me Jace and Lex went swimming in the Hot Tub while Rachelle waited for our Room Service ( which was much to be desired). By 10:00 we were headed for bed.

September 2nd, 2008 1st's

This is Trevor's 1st time sitting in the highchair, and the 1st time to have rice cereal, he had a hard time keeping it in his mouth but squirmed with excitement wanting more.


Jace had his 1st day at the Little Gym without me in the room with him. He did so good listening to his teacher, following direction, and taking turns. I am so proud of him. In this picture they are making a human train and he have to stay sitting against the wall until his name is called, you can tell the anticipation on his faces as he waited patiently for his turn.
