11/29/19 Rainy Cold Day

The weather has not been  cooperate with us and it is a cool cloudy rainy day ( high of 59°) Summer had a Princess and Pirate part with a Treasure hunt to boot.  

The hunt sent us all over the villas, it was a lot of fun.

This is a baby hawk that is being trained to keep the pest birds away.  He will fly freely around the Villas when he is fully trained.

After that the kids spent ALL day in the pool, rain and all ( Summer has got the nicest Brother's EVER).  I know these pictures look like is lovely out but it is a lie.  It is bitter cold, I'm in my wool jacket and I'm cold🥶

Summer got new sprinkle googles 

At 6 they got out and went to the Coastal Cinamas to watch Toy Story 4.  Both boys came home saying it was the most special movie they have ever seen, Jace said he got teary eyed. 

11/28/19 Thanksgiving

We had not planned on anything for Thanksgiving, we just planned to hang at the Villas, but as it got closer and the weather going down hill we received a very special invitation to have Thanksgivin at the Hofstetters ❤. 

This is the first dinner Bob has had all of his sons, and I think very special to ALL of us!

To top it off Jace received an electric guitar from his newly met Uncle.  Mike taught him about it and worked with him on some riffs.

Summer played all day with her cousin Eithan which is Steven and Christina's boy, he is 4 :)

The food, dessert and company were all wonderful, what a great day!

11/26/19 another great day

It was another easy going beautiful morning, we walked to the market to get breakfast and Summer played with the Koi fish. 

For dinner we road the shuttle to the Beachcomber 

We had a 11/2 hr wait for our return shuttle, to say we were cold would be an understatement 🤣

Obviously not to cold to go swimming though 😬😊

t his is how most nights end, with Daddy carrying our exhausted sore princess home.  

( Summers leg is really sore these days)

11/25/19 A day at the Villas

We spent the day soaking up the sun, eating our favorite Newport nachos, burrito bowls, margaritas and pina coladas.  

We played poolside bingo,

It was old Hollywood night and Marilyn Monroe would not keep her dirty paws off my man 😡🥰🤣

11/24/2019 straight to the Beach

Our 1st day here STRAIGHT TO THE BEACH!!! The kids couldn't get there fast enough.  We parked, the boys ran over to JP's to get surf boards and they were in the water.  Summer in tow.... I thought she would be sitting on the shore all day playing in the sand, but nope, she wanted to be out in the water with her brothers most of the time.  Keep in mind the Boys are in wet suits and she is in a tankini, it looks warm however the water is 64° and its 10am when we got here with a high of 70° today 🥶.  All 3 of them loved every minute of it. 

We happened to be at Newport Pier during a farmers market

The boys had lots of whip outside but never got up on there boards... they are a little rusty

We went back to the poolside grill for dinner.  The kids swam and we listed to live music.
