April 27th, 2009 Trevor's 1st Steps

Today out of the blue Trevor took his 1st steps, I could not believe it. I thought he was a long ways from walking because he walks on the top of his toes, like he is holding onto the ground so tightly with his toes that they curl under.

I know this isn't much but we were so thrilled to see him so excited about his new found trick

April 29th, 2009 Triple Birhtday Dinner

Well you would think that this was Trevor's Birthday.... because he is the only one I got pictures of. But it was actually Grandma Wakefield, Brittney and Matt's birthday party. It seems that Trevor ends up always being on the counter, center of attentions, munchin' on the fruit.




Trevor tried so hard to stay awake, but couldn't hold out any longer... how sweet

April 16th-18th, 2009 Jackson Hole

We took a spur of the moment trip to Jackson Hole, WY with the Garn Family. Brian being a farmer, had a few day's off because of the rain, so on Thursday we headed North. I have never spent any time in Jackson Hole, we did a lot of shopping and just hangin out.



This is the 1st time I have been able to get Chris to swim since our wedding, we swam both nights. The pool was half inside and half outside, Jace even figured out how to hold his breath so go under the divider to go to the outside pool.


We bought Jace and Kaylee sun glasses, they both thought they were pretty cool.

This is such a great time of year to go to Jackson Hole, we were the only ones in town and all the animals were still around. We saw Buffalo, Elk, and Moose.

More of the Grand Teton's, I wished we had more time to explore them. But for now this is as close as we got.

This is Jace set up and ready to head home, he looks so grown up, his Sun Glasses on his head, Nerds to eat and his Bug Juice to drink, he is set!!! We had the greatest time with Ashlee, Brian and there kids, I can't wait to do it again.....

April 12th, 2009 HAPPY EASTER

The Easter Bunny brought Jace a pair of skates, knee and elbow pads, and a helmet. I had no idea how far you have to come to skate, this is going to take Jace lots of practice.

At 3 o'clock we went up to Grandpa & Grandma Wakefield's house for dinner, all the kids were there and we had an easter egg hunt. Jace is getting really good at these!

This is all the kids waiting with anticipations for us to say GO!!!

April 11th, 2009 The Saturday before Easter

Our 1st Easter Egg hunt of the morning was at South Jordan City Park, the temp was very pleasant.

It turned out that Alexus only wanted the plastic eggs, which at this hunt there were only a couple, she was so upset she didn't get the one that see had her eyes on that she cried during the whole hunt. So.... we headed out to the Riverton hunt for round 2.
The Firefighters let Jace sit on the Fire Truck, I think he was in complete shock, he was speechless
2nd Easter Egg Hunt at Riverton City Park the weather... Not so pleasant, it rained most of the time. But it was mostly plastic eggs, both of them filled their baskets.

Our 3rd Easter Egg hunt was out at my Dad's house, which turned out to be the funnest of all, Jace loved searching through the trees for eggs. We colored eggs, and had a bunch of snacks, we had such a great time there.

April 10th, 2009 A trip to see Grandpa & Grandma Nielsen

We fit a whole heck of a lot of us into this corner booth. Lunch at the Pizza Factory, then after lunch we all went back to Grandpa & Grandmas house to visit, I think this is the first time we have all just hang out at the Grandparents house, I loved it we had a really great time visiting.





Coy wanted to change Trevor's diaper, so I let him, he did a pretty good job.

Even Chris made it, he had a run to Richfield and stopped on the way home.

We went and stayed in Logan for the weekend to visit Ashlee's new baby Braxton, he is so idi bidi. We had a great time we had dinner at Chilli's and then they all came back to our hotel room.
Jace and Kaylee play together so cute!!!
