June 28th, 2008 Taylorsville Days

This day was a complete whirl wind, with getting home late from Lagoon and getting up at 6 AM to save our spots for the parade, you would think I would have been tired but these days I feel so good and have all the energy in the world. Me and the boys met Rachael, Hunter and Makayla and Rachelle and Alexus at our usual spot to watch the parade, they through so much candy the kids got sick of picking it up and it just sat on the road ( who has heard of such a thing). After we went to Taylorsville park and spent the day there they had rides for the kids of course they loved it and they had a Tribute to Neil Diamond that I loved. Chris came to watch the fireworks with us, they were good but not as good as last year.

I took this picture as the American Flag went by it was cute to see the three of them with their hand over their heart.


Jace and Hunter were trying to hold their hands up with their eyes closed but they were laughing to hard.


Jace is an old pro at riding horses these days:)

June 27th, 2008 Lagoon

This Lagoon trip was a spur of the moment type of thing, Denise asked if I wanted to go, and of course I did and then Mikey found out she could go.
I thought I would only be able to go on a few rides because I had Trevor with us and Jace would be to small or scared, but come to find out at 36'' Jace was able to ride a lot of the rides and he is a dare devil, and Mickey and Denise stayed back with Trevor and Boston.

This ride broke halfway through mid air and the boy's had to wait patiently until they let us go in and get them

Rattlesnake Rapids was so much fun Jace laughed the whole way through and when we both got soaked to the bone from a waterfall he thought it was the coolest.

June 25, 2008 Olive Garden with the Nielsen's

Me and the boy's spent the day in the house just hangin' out, getting rested up for our next adventure. At 5 o'clock Me, Chris and the boy's met Denise, Ashlee, Kaylee, Mickey, Lindze, and Nate at The Olive Garden down town, we all have such a great time together we are alway's finding some excuse to get together.


After, we went to the Gatway and did some shopping, and Jace got to run through the dancing water.


When we finished at the gate way Chris took Trevor, so that me and Jace could ride Trax, there are some kooks on the Trax but Jace knows no different he talks to everyone.

June 23rd, 2008

I have decided that I would use this blog a journal so if you wonder why I am writing about every little thing it is because I want to remember the small stuff. Chris left Sunday for a 3 day run, going to Kalamath Falls, Medford and Albany, OR, I hate when he has to go for so long but it is not very often that he is out 3 days. Chris's Grandparents picked Jace up this morning to spend the day with him, which he loves, so it was just me and Trevor at home, I worked in the office most of the day. Later me and Trevor met Chris's Grandparents and Jace for dinner at Su Casa, and then met Rachael, Hunter and Makayla at Willow park.

June 22, 2008 Liberty Park

On Sunday mornings me and the kids have a ritual of meeting my Dad for breakfast at Village in, and after that we went and visited my Mom. After that we hooked up with Rachelle and Lex and went to Liberty Park. I loved being there with all the different people and the kids had a ball, Jace loved running through all of the spraying water and swinging on the tire swing. We got there around 2 and didn't leave until after 8 and only because we had to, I think we could have stayed all night.

June 16th, 2008

Rachael, Hunter and MaKayla came over for a swim in Jace's new pool, which I can understand why it was on clearance, I can't keep the palm tree's standing up. By the way Me and Rachael planned and had Jace and Hunter 15 day's apart and know have MaKayla and Trevor 6 weeks apart. It has been so much fun raising our kids together.

June 15th, 2008

Today is Father's Day, and we have decide to go fishing with my Dad to Millcreek Pond ( just down the street from our house). Chris is gone on his Annual Panquitch fishing trip so it was me and the boys this weekend. My Dad as usual is the only one who caught a fish but Jace was just as thrilled, it was a perfect day to be fishing, Jace sat right down in the water and he was really patient about holding his pole. After fishing we came back to the house and BBQ'ed ribs.
